Hannah Barducci - Changes 4 Life

ADHD Coach

Rebecca Minter

I believe that coaching is a largely underestimated tool for personal development in all areas of life. Having the time and space to explore and formulate one’s thoughts about how to progress, no matter what the situation, is invaluable.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and topics including personal relationships, job / career moves, geographical moves, identifying desires, defining and finding purpose and much more! As well as working with private clients, I coach in the workplace, primarily facilitating 360-degree feedback sessions for managers and providing leadership coaching. I also enjoy coaching secondary school students as a volunteer with the Yes Futures charity.

I have a particular passion for ADHD coaching, as I have first-hand experience of the benefits that coaching can bring to those of us whose minds work differently to our friends, families and colleagues in the neurotypical community.
