What is a discovery call?

A discovery call is a free, no-obligation conversation designed to help you find the right therapist.

In this call you are able to briefly share what you are looking for, and importantly, ask questions with someone who fits your needs. If it doesn't feel like a good fit, you can request another free call with a different therapist.

This process gives you clarity and choice without pressure or commitment. It is a simple first step towards finding the right help, on your terms.

Our therapists and counsellors provide support for you at various hours throughout the week days, evenings and weekends to ensure you have the help you need when you need it.

Working with Vanessa has been life-changing as an individual with ADHD. Charlotte has a lovely calming nature which I found extremely helpful and totally at ease with, when deciphering my difficulties. Since I have been working with Charlotte for about 8-9 months now, I have been going from strength to strength.

Charlotte is thorough in all that she works on as well as has many strengths; one of these is a knack of letting you talk then guides you slightly sideways showing the situation from a unique perspective. This method I have found extremely effective. Charlotte has guided me through some very dark times, along the way, and, utilizing her exceptional help and guidance, I am now in a better place.

I highly recommend Changes4life and in particular my therapist Natalie. She created a confidential welcoming space in which I was able to work through a difficult life event. During our time together, Natalie’s empathy, care and professional expertise helped me to personally deal with this event, and develop a better understanding of myself which has since helped me to better ride the wave of life’s natural ups and downs.
I have also been inspired by Natalie to train to become a counselor myself, because it really does work!

Working with Vanessa was a really fantastic experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and passionate about mental health. She also has excellent knowledge of ADHD and can help those struggling with ADHD to help manager their day-to day-symptoms.

She was able to be completely flexible with how she worked, completely giving me freedom in how I wanted therapy to be structured and the topics I wanted to discuss. She was able to easily swap between a therapeutic approach, exploring trauma or relationship issues, or a coaching approach offering practical strategies to help with day to day life.
