  PTSD (POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER)

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a debilitating condition that follows a terrifying event or cluster of events from war incidences, kidnapping, serious accidents such as car, aeroplane or train, natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes, violent attacks such as mugging, rape or torture or being held against their will. They may have been a part of these events or been witness to it. Often, people with PTSD experience persistent and terrifying thoughts, memories, and can feel emotionally numb, particularly with people they were once close to. They often relive the events in the form of nightmares and also during the daytimes (commonly known as 'flashbacks'). Sleep pattern disturbances are also common alongside of depression.

PTSD can occur at any age and symptoms may be severe or mild. Not every traumatised person will develop PTSD and it is diagnosed only in those whose symptoms last longer than one month and the symptoms often begin within 3 months of the trauma.

Hypnosis has been used for decades as a method of successfully treating PTSD enabling the person to return back to a happier and healthier way of living.

PTSD can be treated extremely effectively and you may be surprised by the speed of the results achieved by the use of hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT techniques. My aim is in helping individuals to get their life back on the right track for them in the shortest possible time.
