Stress is deemed to be our perceived ability at how well or whether we can cope with specific events unfolding around or within us. It is one of the main causes of absenteeism in the workplace and the effects of long term stress wreak havoc on the mind and body. Using hypnosis is a way of building new strategies to deal with the day to day hurly burly of life, healthily tackle those areas that may act as ‘triggers’ to stress levels and being able to access more resourceful states in times when this is desired. Learning self-hypnosis is also an incredibly effective tool as a means
of diffusing and preventing unnecessary stress build up, developing healthy
internal resources and moving you into a healthier future for yourself
and those that are important to you.
